Description

As an Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of our operations. You'll oversee all aspects of our day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, production scheduling, and quality assurance.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. From managing budgets to implementing best practices, you'll use your leadership skills and operational expertise to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations, driving process improvements, and achieving operational targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations, including production, distribution, logistics, and customer service, to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Oversee supply chain management activities, including procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and implement training programs and performance metrics to ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management roles, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations, driving process improvements, and achieving operational targets.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute operational strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
