Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities of our organization.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business performance. From budgeting to forecasting to financial modeling, you'll use your analytical skills and financial expertise to help guide the company's financial strategy and achieve its financial goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business units to develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial statement analysis.
